We knew that most Van Lifers try to save time and money by doing their own vehicle customizations. Which is fine when it comes to interior cosmetics, but when you're trying to lift the vehicle to add larger wheels and tires, or cutting a hole in the roof to add a fan, that could lead to many issues. Not to mention, disrupting safety sensor and camera calibrations, as well as voiding warranty repairs. With the Transit Trail, our engineers did the hard stuff so our customers could focus on the fun stuff. So, for the reveal campaign, we put these customer insights front and center. This campaign played out across paid, owned and earned channels; and integrated across a variety of teams and agencies.
